Title: Veeva Clinical Scrum Master

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 2 month contract to start, extending to 3/2026
Compensation: $ 50-78 per hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Core PM Responsibilities :
--- Effectively manage schedule, resources, and spend
--- Ability to manage Monthly Budgets reporting effectively (IT Budget management)
--- Ability to work with Internal teams (IT and Business) and external vendors for effective resource management
--- Liase between various stakeholders and groups of teams (Internal stakeholders + Vendor Teams)
--- Knowledge of Pharma, SDLC knowledge
--- MoM (Crucial Strategy meetings with stakeholders & Vendors, etc. )
--- Prepare and Participate : Presentations ( Steering Committee, Strategy, Roadmaps, Leadership Status updates , etc.)
Scrum Master Responsibilities :
--- Work closely with Product Manager/IT-Lead on a weekly/Daily basis to keep the progress in check and strategize future steps.
--- Strong Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework knowledge
--- Conducting/participating in Scrum ceremonies including effective run and facilitation of standups, sprint reviews, and meeting cadence
--- Support Product Manager with sprint planning
--- Manage and orchestrate team participation and drive in Backlog Refinement
--- Strong Documentation Skills for Agile reporting ( Sprint Report, Tracking velocity, Dashboards etc.) and Agile Project Planning (Ability to hold cross functional teams accountable to the deliverables
