day, mix of peds (4%), adolescent (7%), adult (34%) & geriatric
(55%) Must have active IL license, active IL DEA and CS DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal Competitive
