  • Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professionals in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.
  • Data Collection: Unit Information: Location Address: Building: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461 Floor: 2nd
  • General Information: Number of Beds - 3, Number of Staff - 85, Type of staff: Day Shift - (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) - 1 charge nurse, 9 nurses, 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters, Night Shift - 1 charge nurse, 9 nurses, 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters
  • Patient Ratios - 4:1 occasional 5:1 when critical comes in to trauma room
  • Type of equipment - Philips monitors, EMR - EPIC
  • Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs
  • Experience no less than 2 years of current ED experience.

      • Call Requirements: no call
