• Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• NIH Stroke Certification - required for all RN's working in the below specialties: Med-Surg, Tele, PACU, NICU, ICU, Critical Care: ICU, MICU, SICU, Neuro ICU, PCU/PCU Float
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (if applicable for ER RN)
  • Job Details
  • March-April starts accepted
  • Full Time, 5 shifts per week with every other weekend. No Block scheduling accommodated.
  • COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
  • No holiday RTO. No RTO the day before or after the holiday.

    • Cover sheet, resume, BLS, primary source verification, skills checklist.
    • Required: ER RN
      • Schedule Information
      • Full Time, 5 shifts per week with every other weekend.
