Job Description:
We are looking for RN Med Surg/Telemetry nurses to care for adult
patients with medical and surgical conditions requiring cardiac
monitoring. Responsibilities include patient assessments, telemetry
monitoring, administering medications, and collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care.
General Requirements:
---Active RN license in Illinois.
---Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
---Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and patient
documentation.
---Strong organizational and time-management skills.
