  • Job Details
  • Busy cath lab requires cath lab tech with experience
  • Cath lab call required 14 days of call in 6 week period
  • Procedures to include angioplasty- TAVR-Watchman, peripheral vascular EP, carotid
  • EPIC experience and MERGE experience
  • 7am-1730 4 days a week, hours may extend given case loads

    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.

        • Additional Details
        • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted.
        • Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite.
        • Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.
        • Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
