view the opportunity below.The Health Benefits Business Development
Officer is focused on driving new HSA and health benefits client
relationships through lead lists, centers of influence, and
strategic broker partnerships. This role involves using a
consultative approach to develop new business with employers,
internal banking partners, and brokers, helping to expand the HSA
and health benefits portfolio. Additionally, the role includes
cross-selling Associated Bank's full suite of services to existing
clients.This person will also:
- Grow HSA account holders and employer health benefits accounts
through direct sales and strategic broker partnerships.
- Cross-sell Associated Bank's full TPA and HSA services to
existing clients.
- Build internal relationships to drive cross-selling
opportunities with banking partners.
- Lead and coordinate RFP responses for prospective clients.
- Participate in community and business events to build new
relationships and drive business goals.
- Maintain certification as an expert in HSA, TPA, and COBRA
services to differentiate Associated's offerings to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Associated Banc-Corp's risk management
policies.While this role is primarily remote, it will require
travel around 25% of the time, including occasional overnight
stays, to meet with clients, attend business events, and
collaborate with internal teams.Review the qualifications listed

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience in Communication, Business, or other applicable
disciplines. RequiredExperience
- 3-5 years Business to Business sales. Required
- 3-5 years Insurance, HSA or TPA industry. Preferred
- 3-5 years Track record of sales and client management success.
RequiredLicenses and Certifications
- Complete internal certifications within the first 6 months of
employment to ensure proficiency in Associated Bank's products,
services, and compliance standards. Required
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to
lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date. RequiredIn
