PTTraveler positionHome Health1 year PT Home Health experience
requiredTraveler can expect to receive up to 2-weeks of
orientation, based on comfort level. Patients typically have
multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF,
COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension,
fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care,
joint replacement, etc.Technical Skills required: Efficient
computer--documentation, Gait speed/TUG/Tinetti/BERG proficient,
excellent assessment skills.13 weeks, possible extensionShift :8hr
Day Shift (40)--Shift Information : 8am start; Monday-Friday with
