This role will support strategic initiatives by developing new KPIs, conducting deep dive analyses, and creating executive-level reports to guide decision-making, ultimately contributing to significant cost-of-care savings.Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Healthcare Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or financial modeling analysis, specifically in the health care industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience working with large healthcare datasets.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly, concisely and logically from a cross functional perspective.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and analytics, and healthcare cost drivers.Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • MBA, Master of Finance, Master of Medical Economics, or similar advanced degree.
  • SQL skills or equivalent querying tools experience.
