Job Description:
A large academic medical center is seeking a Hematology/Oncology
Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage. The facility is
located in Chicago, Illinois. The schedule includes four 10-hour
shifts, with every fifth week requiring 24-hour weekend call
(Saturday-Sunday, 7 AM-7 PM) and two weekdays, with flexibility
based on provider preferences. Daily patient volume ranges from
4-7. Hospital privileges are required, with a target start date of
late July. EMR is Epic, and support staff includes residents,
fellows, pharmacists, and other APPs. Acute Care certification is
required for NPs to obtain hospital privileges (not required for
PAs). An active state license is required for NPs but not for PAs.

Load/PPD: 4-7 PPD (12-20ish patients shared equally among APP's)
