• Sample Preparation & Analysis: Prepare reagents and samples, then conduct analyses on raw materials, in-process items, stability studies, and finished products to generate reliable data, including calibrations and test results.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all test results meet QA specifications and adhere to GEA's stringent procedures, including health, safety, and quality protocols.
• Documentation: Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis in compliance with company standards.
• Equipment Management: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on analytical instruments, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lab Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, manage inventory of standards and reagents, and handle proper disposal of lab materials.
• Data Management: Conduct basic statistical calculations and accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as R&D and Production to support the timely release of finished products. Your Profile / Qualifications Education & Experience:
  • Associate degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, with at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree in a related field will be considered with no prior work experience. Key Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Demands:
      • Extended standing; occasional overhead lifting.
      • Frequent walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.
      • Occasional stair climbing, ladder use, and forklift access.
