A company is looking for a RN Triage Nurse.
Key Responsibilities

Provide triage and assessment for hospice patients and their families
Coordinate care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Utilize clinical judgment to prioritize patient needs and interventions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
Computer skills required
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
