Burbank, Illinois to support a district in need of Registered
Nurses. School Health Office RN Contract Details: -$39 - $42.50 an
hour -13-week contracts
-Schedule follows the school district calendar
-Nurse will be working in collaboration with the school
interdisciplinary team and student guardian(s) to promote physical
and emotional safety and wellness
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health
problems
-Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services or
treatment
-Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal
screenings
-Promoting education and wellness initiatives

Requirements:
-Registered Nurse is required to have a Professional Educator
License certification as School Nurse through the Illinois State
Board of Education.
-American Heart Association BLS
-Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or
pediatric setting
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified
applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the
requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including
San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the
Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the
