Work Dates Needed: ASAP-2/28 2025 with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60). No weekends or holidays
Worksite Setting: Primary care/Family Medicine - MD is sole provider adults only - no dependents. Support of MA, HCMm RN
Scope of Work: Outpatient work; adults only; provider has free food - cafe's food court, cuisines, lots of options, no parking
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be Board Certified in FM/IM; IL license, IL CSR, Experience in Family Medicine and Epic a must
EMR: EPIC - Experience required
