Job Description:
DescriptionThe Nursing Manager reflects the mission, vision, and

Utilization/Shared LeadershipResponsible for development of
staffing program to support clinical expertise.Technology/Resource
UtilizationResponsible for assisting the director in the capital
budget to support replacement of infrastructure equipment and new
technology.Responsible for understanding the impact of new
technology on the population served and coordinating reimbursement
activities with the Business manager.Responsible for maintaining
the following systems: patient charging, inventory, staff
schedulingIn collaboration with Materials Management staff,
Responsible for maintaining appropriate supply formularies and par
levels#INDN#LI-MP1QualificationsRequired:Registered Nursing license
issued by the State of IllinoisBachelor of Science in NursingBLS
through American Heart AssociationEntry level experience in
leadership (ie: Shared Leadership, Charge RN, Coordinator
role)Preferred:Master of Science in NursingBoard Certified in
Nursing Administration from ANCC or AONE within two years of
hireFive to eight years of managerial experienceEqual
