DivisionECG's MGO Division works with providers to design
strategies that drive alignment while being sustainable, scalable,
and adaptable. As part of our team, you'll help independent
organizations to improve the performance of medical groups, with a
focus on governance and leadership, operations, integration,
infrastructure, and provider compensation (design, administration,
valuation, and compliance).Our team develops solutions for
improving performance in medical groups, hospitals, and their
affiliated organizations. We partner with our clients in the
development and design, implementation, and administration of
physician and advanced practice provider strategies and tactics to
improve organizational performance, financial sustainability,
alignment with hospitals, and regulatory compliance. We also
provide transformational implementation support specific to medical

Responsibilities May Include
- Managing selected client relationships
- Leading appropriate client presentations
- Leading information-gathering efforts
- Assisting in developing and managing work plans, schedules, and
budgets
- Defining project analyses and deliverables
- Leading teams and implementing recommended solutions
- Working on multiple engagements
- Communicating project progress and seeking input
- Coaching junior team members
- Developing depth of technical expertise
- Identifying follow-on opportunities and helping scope and close
follow-on engagements
- Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG senior
consulting leaders
- Taking responsibility for project outcomes
- Communicating effectively with management and executive-level
client staff
- Drafting proposals
- Learning about ECG's breadth of solutions and identifying those
that reflect personal and professional interests
- Participating in peer and junior staff knowledge development
and career advancement
- Demonstrating the ability to excel at consulting while
balancing work and personal life
- Acting as an ECG ambassador within personal, professional, and
alumni networksOur Expectations of You
- Strong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare
industry
- Master's degree in business administration and/or master's
degree in a health-related field; bachelor's degree in business or
a health-related field preferred
- 6-plus years of progressive experience in compensation advisory
design services at a healthcare consulting firm, and/or in a
provider-based organization
- Track record of solving complex problems and completing
challenging projects
- Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative
skills
- Track record of strong client service
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing
responsibilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to travel at least 25-50% of the timeJob Locations

estimated base salary range for this job is $150,000 - $176,000
annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG
reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The
actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including
but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market
changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual
incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's
pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to
participate in ECG's benefit plans, which include medical, dental,
and vision coverage; a 401(k) matching program; unlimited PTO; and
