You will also be involved in patient and caregiver education, supervision, and reporting on patient progress.Key Responsibilities--- Perform Physical Therapy assessments and develop treatment programs--- Record and report patient's reaction to treatment and condition changes--- Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy programs and device use--- Supervise physical therapy assistant and, when appropriate, the certified nursing assistant--- Prepare reports and participate in staff and Agency development activitiesSchedule and Shift Details--- Monday-Friday; 8:00a/9:00a-5:00p + 1 weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday; day shift w/scheduled patients); 2 holidays (1 summer / 1 winter); no on-callTravel--- Local travel to residential homesSojouRN Job ID #2REL.Benefits
