Job Description:

community.Purpose:Within your respective shift assignment(s), you
will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to effectively
direct and manage SMR food and beverage operations. This leadership
role is significant to lead with integrity and coach team members
to success, execute on business requirements, support the food and
beverage team and interact with guests to enhance their experience
and maximize profitability. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is
responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and employee
accountability, as well as completing their daily work tasks and
any additional tasks assigned.Primary Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:Managing the Business:The Food & Beverage
Supervisor will work 8 -10+ hours per shift, 5 or 6+ days each
week, based on occupancy and staffing demand. Holidays and weekends
are affected by peak demand which means all team members must work
together during those days to keep the SMR property running
efficiently.
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and team members to
include, but not limited to; safety, cleanliness and maintenance in
all quick serve locations, dining areas, food preparation and
kitchen areas.
- Assist with the overall Food & Beverage operation to include,
but not limited to; training and coaching, Point-of-Sale (POS)
system transactions, expediting, re-stocking, and ensuring team
member breaks.
- Monitor and inspect to ensure Food & Beverage locations are
sanitized, cleaned, stocked, and setup correctly at start of shift
and throughout the shift, adhering to sanitation, safety, and
alcohol beverage policies.
- Respond to action items and guest related items or problems
promptly and effectively to prevent reoccurrence.
- Responsible to protect and properly use and secure my
properties kitchen and culinary equipment.
- Communicate with my Food & Beverage Manager in regard to
projects, special events, inventory, ordering, guest impact items,
and team member performance.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to complete orders
as directed and in a timely manner to meet capacity demands.
- Adhere to ServSafe training guidelines including, but not
limited to; handwashing, food storage, cooking temperatures, hot
and cold holding parameters, and equipment, infrastructure and
eater requirements.
- Adhere to ABC licensing regulations in food facility locations
where alcoholic beverages are served.
- Compliance with Food safety in regard to the conditions and
practices which preserve the quality of food, to prevent
contamination and food-borne illnesses.
- Train and transition to electronic files where applicable to my
responsibilities.
- Compliance with TOSHA certification, biohazards procedures and
responsibilities for safety in handling.
- Knowledge and ability to comply with all company operating
policies and procedures.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and/or
assigned.

fluently: speak, understand, read, and write. Adapt Spanish
interpretation when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
(ATD).
- Digitally savvy with the ability to learn and use the Paycor,
Agilysys POS and Yellow Dog systems is required. Software systems
may be deleted and/or added with innovations in new
technology.Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 or more years directly supervising a minimum of 10 team
members is required.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas/industries is
preferred which includes: Hospitality, Restaurant, and Quick
Service/Fast Food.
- Certification for 'ABC' (Alcoholic Beverage Commission) license
is required within 5 days from work start date.
- Certification for 'ServSafe Food Handler Program' is required
within 30 days from work start date (Basic Food Safety, Personal
Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time & Temperature, &
Cleaning and Sanitation).
- Ability to deal within a diversified workforce.Essential
Functions:Specific vision abilities required for this job include
peripheral, distance, close, and depth perception and the ability
to adjust vision focus. The employee is regularly required to talk,
hear, and sit, use hands to finger, touch, handle, and feel. The
employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb and descend
numerous flights of stairs consistently. The employee is required
to use hand, arm, and leg to reach, bend, push, pull, stoop, kneel,
and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50
pounds daily on their own. Ability to tolerate various temperatures
while working outdoors. This position requires continuous ability
