This Technician will travel within a radius of 50 to 125+ miles daily, depending on the area and specific route, and is required to have a valid driver's license.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide support on IT / Data problemsTrack and monitor issues, provide notes and feedback and be consistent with documentationUnderstand AC / DC and backup power conceptsManage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipmentDocument efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets dailySkills and Qualifications:Minimum 1+ years of technical support experienceFamiliar with various operating systems (e.g., Windows OS, OSX, Linux / Unix)Insight to POS, PC, Printers, Thin Clients, AP's, Servers, Network switch equipmentExperience desired in copper and fiber cabling and various terminating connectorsExceptional customer service skillsMust be self-motivated and have the capability to complete projects ahead of scheduleExcellent time management and reporting skillsWill occasionally work at heights of 20' to 25', lift equipment training providedMust be able to lift 25 lbs.$22.00 - $24.00 per hourFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
