Private Wireless Networks Advisory Consultant you will build deep,
technical, consultative relationships with our business customers
and become a trusted advisor. You will work closely with sales
teams, technology partners and product managers to identify,
design, and deliver opportunities for network technologies to solve
our customer's most pressing business challenges.Responsibilities
will include:
- Understanding customer's business goals, current state and
translating them into 5G private network solutions
requirements.
- Lead end-to-end consulting services, including feasibility
studies, ROI analysis, and network strategy development.
- Lead the design of private 5G/LTE networks, spectrum
management, RF planning, and network architecture (RAN, 5G Core,
transport).
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like network
slicing, AI-driven QoS, and edge computing.
- Building partnership with key OEMs and TPV's, and staying
current on enterprise networking trends and technology
advancements.
- Supporting customer and sales facing briefings and EBCs.
- Documenting annually about your area of network expertise and
industry trends.
- Communicating directly with customers to explain the technical
validity and value of our services and proposed approach.What we're

You are up-to-date on the latest 5G, IOT, and Neutral Host Network
technology trends and possess deep technical expertise, but you
also have a broader business perspective. Multi-tasking comes

concept to life. By flexing your style to each person and
situation, you build rapport and gain trust of others. You have an
ability to convey complex ideas in a straightforward manner and to

for learning and pushing yourself outside of your comfort
zone.You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work
experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated
through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or
specialized training.
- Consulting experience in conceptualization, definition and
development of business processes related to IT-based products,
services and solutions.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong soft skills including problem solving under pressure,
communication, working in a team environment, and analytical
skills.
- Deep technical expertise in 5G, IOT, and Neutral Host
Network.Even better if you have:
- Master's degree in engineering, computer science or other
technical discipline.
- Expert-level industry certifications within the network
engineering field such as CCIE (full), JNCIE (full), or
equivalent.
- Wireless networks certifications including: Nokia Bell Labs 5G
Certification, Ericsson 5G Core Certification, Cradlepoint 5G
professional certification.
- Ability to clearly explain/whiteboard complex technical
concepts to varied audiences (CTO to Manager).
- Deep understanding of 5G/LTE technologies, standards and
deployment architectures (including RAN, Core Networks,
transport).
- Deep expertise in RF spectrum and engineering (CBRS, licensed
and unlicensed bands, Wi-Fi).
- Experience in usage of RF technologies in industries like
manufacturing, healthcare, smart cities, or utilities.
- Experience in 5G security protocols, zero trust models RF
engineering skills for site surveys, RF design, network
optimization, signal propagation.
- Hands on experience with iBWave, ATOLL, ekahau and other RF
design tools.
- Hands on experience in designing Nokia NDAC, Ericsson 5G and
Celona solutions.
- Knowledge of 5G generations and roadmap, generations (5G SA,
NSA).
- Knowledge of network slicing, IoT, cloud integrations, LPWAN
technologies.Where you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll
have a defined work location that includes work from home and a
minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by
