As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our cast members ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support to cast members via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with the procurement and deployment of new IT equipment and software.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends.
• Support venues in-person and ability to travel with short notice.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education + Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
    • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Physical Requirements:
      • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting.
      • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
