In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of information systems and applications. You will work closely with our onsite property management teams and Corporate Operations team to understand their needs and project specifications. Your expertise will help us produce solutions that support and advance our company mission and project goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your working knowledge of Multifamily Property Management software (Real Page and One Site preferred) and Project Management Software (Monday.com preferred) to integrate and automate new boards.
  • Manage project requirements by analyzing them and preparing workflow charts and diagrams using your knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
  • Maintain, manage, and update all software systems, tools, and applications.
  • Develop and analyze functional specifications and be the interface between end-users and software consultants.
  • Resolve complex issues related to business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop, analyze, and implement testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs and coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions.
  • Create custom BI reports for upper management and research, evaluate, and recommend software systems and appropriate technology to meet company goals.
  • Manage the Helpdesk by working on all incoming tickets, resolving issues, and responding to employees promptly to provide support.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a software analyst or in a related function.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working within the multifamily industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and manage projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment, including computers, iPads and tablets, MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), calculators, fax machines, and electronic check scanners.
  • Hands-on experience with technical projects and knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting.Salary/Benefits:
