Application DeveloperWe are seeking a talented Application Developer to accelerate our ability to deliver innovative products for our customers. This salaried position involves designing, coding, and testing software solutions while working closely with various teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test software projects ranging from simple to complex using JavaScript and Apex (Apex experience is not required).
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful customer implementations.
• Work closely with customers and the Support Desk on post-go-live custom software projects.
• Adhere to company design and coding standards.
• Write and maintain unit test coverage for most logic.
• Interface with the Product Management team to define and prioritize product features.
• Work independently or in a team in an efficient and low-friction manner.
• Communicate specification issues in a timely fashion and work toward their resolution.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and technical writers to document systems changes.
• Maintain a high level of professional accountability and efficiency in software development practices.Qualifications
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous software development experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of a general-purpose programming language.
• Strong desire to work collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to quickly identify and solve programming issues.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a self-directed and proactive manner.Benefits
