Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and efficient customer service via phone and
email
Collaborate with other support teams to maintain high-quality
service
Advocate for customers by identifying areas for improvement and
communicating trends to leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of technical support experience focused on customer
success
2+ years of experience with consumer WiFi/Mesh networking
platforms
1+ years of technical support experience for mobile devices (iOS,
Android)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and
holidays
