Job Description:
A company is looking for a Database Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL databases
to meet business requirements
Architect and deploy scalable, cloud-based database solutions on
AWS
Oversee a small team of DBAs and manage task assignments and
project coordination
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related
discipline
15+ years of experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL
Server) and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, Redshift)
3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS RDS for Oracle and
DynamoDB
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python for database management
Advanced knowledge of database security, performance tuning, and
optimization
