Performance Improvement (A&M CPI) is building capability and
capacity to help our clients solve and realize outcomes for core
telecom technology infrastructure. Our Telecom & Digital
Infrastructure industry group is looking for accomplished
consultants with deep technical expertise and proven execution
capabilities to develop practical and achievable strategies for our
clients.A&M helps companies explore their options and leverage
mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to unlock shareholder value.
We help clients achieve the full benefits of transactions. We help
streamline operations through divesting or restructuring
under-performing and non-core business units or assets while also
tackling residual overhead costs.Our team focuses on wireless,
wireline, cable, digital infrastructure, satellite, enterprise,
engineering & services, and communication equipment.Interested
parties should have a strong background in leading and delivering
in one of the following areas:
- Network & Technology
- Network Deployment Strategy
- Telecom IT Strategy & Road Mapping
- Transactions, Strategy & Structure
- M&A Pre-Deal (Due Diligence, Planning)
- M&A Post-Deal (Execution, Business Case Achievement)
- Revenue & Pricing Improvement
- Shareholder Value Improvement
- Operations Efficiency
- Customer Care
- Network Operations
- Supply Chain & LogisticsResponsibilities:
- Leads teams on complex projects by: setting clear direction,
establishing clear expectations, ensuring quality of client /
project team deliverable development
- Decomposes complex issues, frames solution design and
architects deliverables against SOW requirements
- Ensures deliverables are complete, error free, communicated
clearly and on time
- Rapidly develops understanding of client's business
- Anticipates, assesses and identifies areas of potential risk
and issues, and develops mitigation plans
- Actively seeks to find current client needs that may lead to
new opportunities for A&M
- Actively promotes a positive and inclusive team environment
that embraces the unique attributes of all team members
- Coaches others to act and deliver in the best interests of our
clientsQualifications:
- 7-15+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience
- Outcome oriented
- Entrepreneurial and commercial approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including
presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the
ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to address strategic issues and act tactically
understanding cross-functional requirements
- Comfortable with travelAlvarez & Marsal recruits on an ongoing

$150,000-$225,000 annually and Senior Director is $175,000-$275,000
annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited
to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition,
A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a
number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
