far, you've established:
- 5+ years of professional experience developing single-page
applications
- A solid background in Modern Front End Development, including
CSS, semantic HTML, JS frameworks, metaframeworks, and component
libraries.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Experience with state management patterns and libraries
- Expertise with JS-based and hybrid mobile application
development approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of Computer Science (CS degree or

.WHAT YOU'LL DO AT BITOVIDevelop. You'll get to work on interesting
projects in a culture that values quality over quantity and
collaboration over cowboy coding. You'll have time each week for a
one-on-one with your team lead, daily standups and weekly
scrum-based meetings, and time to work on presentations, articles,
or other passion projects. The bulk of your day will be spent on
development for clients, and projects you might work on include:
- Feature development for software applications
- Upgrading and building Angular and React codebases
- Building Design System and Web Component libraries
- Swiftly building proof of concepts
- Metaframeworks and headless CMS'
- Monorepos and Micro Frontend Architecture
- Improving DevX
- Enhancing code quality with Unit and E2E tests
- Implementing Modern Tooling like NX and AI
- Giving React, Angular, and TypeScript Training
- Performing Codebase Audits & Resolving Performance Issues
- Coaching client developers on industry best practicesConsult.
You'll meet with clients regularly to learn about their needs and
update them on the progress of their projects.Travel. Our
development team travels to meet with our clients and internal
teams in person. Travel can range from 1-2 times per year to 3-5
days every 3-4 months, and we'll always be working with your
schedule.Teach. You'll have protected time off consulting to
participate in internal team meetings, give and attend trainings,
speak at conferences and meetups, create and maintain open source
projects, and create various kinds of content in your area of
