Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Our client, a highly regarded law firm, seeks a Commercial Real
Estate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in real estate
financing, lender representation, co-lender/intercreditor
agreements, and/or commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background,
exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for real estate law.
This position reports directly to the head of the real estate
practice group at the assigned office and offers significant
client-facing opportunities.

Focus:
- Advise and represent clients in a variety of real estate
financing transactions, including lender representation and
structuring co-lender and intercreditor agreements.
- Navigate complex commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)
transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate documents related to real estate
transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and manage the closing process for real
estate finance deals.
- Work closely with senior attorneys, practice group heads, and
clients to address complex legal issues.
- Engage in client development and participate in client meetings
and discussions.
Skill Set:
- J.D. from a top law school with strong academic
performance.
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate financing, lender
representation, co-lender/intercreditor agreements, and/or
CMBS.
- Experience with Am Law 100 firms or leading boutique firms is
preferred.
- Active involvement in law school activities such as moot court,
law review, or other academic organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting
skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
transactions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client
relationships.
