firm with a thriving corporate transactions practice, is actively
seeking an M&A lawyer with 6 or more years of experience to
join the firm. This practice represents business owners, investors,
and organizations ranging from mid-sized, entrepreneur-operated
companies to large global companies in corporate counseling,
M&A, capital raising, business formation, and strategic

requiredResponsibilities: - Handle a range of corporate
transactions, including private company mergers and acquisitions,

and writing skills - Previous experience with private securities
