Commercial General Liability Claims Examiner

Job Description:

A company is looking for a GL Claims Examiner, Commercial to handle moderate to complex commercial general liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate coverages and communicate with insureds, vendors, and interested parties
Negotiate settlements with plaintiffs, attorneys, or other interested parties
Maintain up-to-date claim files and set accurate claim reserves

Required Qualifications

2 - 7+ years of commercial general liability claims adjusting experience
An active adjuster license
Understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and laws
Law degree and/or litigation experience preferred
