Job Description:
A company is looking for a Designer/Researcher (Salesforce) to
collaborate on building case management workflows for government
services.
Key Responsibilities
Apply a service design mindset focused on user needs
Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research initiatives
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define and deliver
software features
Required Qualifications
At least two years of experience as a designer or researcher with
cross-disciplinary teams
Experience designing with Salesforce and understanding its
capabilities
Depth of experience in conducting and synthesizing qualitative
research
Ability to manage multiple work streams in dynamic environments
Comfortable collaborating with technical peers in a design
process
