This company offers a dynamic work environment and is seeking a Licensing Services Team Lead to support its growing operations.Job Description:The Licensing Services Team Lead will oversee a team responsible for managing insurance licensing applications, renewals, and compliance processes. This role ensures regulatory adherence, improves operational efficiency, and provides leadership to the licensing team. The ideal candidate has experience in insurance licensing, compliance, and team management.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Licensing Specialists, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Manage the end-to-end licensing process, including applications, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations, staying updated on industry changes.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in licensing operations.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex licensing issues, collaborating with internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and tracking systems for licensing activities.
• Communicate licensing requirements and status updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and HR, to ensure seamless licensing operations.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in insurance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance licensing, compliance, or regulatory services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal insurance licensing requirements.
  • Proficiency in licensing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in handling complex licensing processes.Additional Details:
