Job Description:Join us at Mars as a Senior Learning Operations
Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless
deployment of Mars University programs worldwide. As part of our
global team, you will be instrumental in executing and overseeing
learning operations activities, events and processes, and driving
effectiveness and efficiency of execution. As a frontline contact
for Centers of Expertise, trusted advisor on deployment-related
matters and key coordinator supporting Senior Leadership programs
on site, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer and
learner satisfaction and contributing to the success of global
learning initiatives.What will be your key
responsibilities?Deployment of global Mars learning programs,
projects and initiatives
- Ensure seamless deployment and delivery of global and regional
Mars University activities by executing essential administrative
tasks with the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate complex, high-profile global learning
programs, overseeing logistics such as venue bookings, conference
packages, and technology requirements. Ensure materials and
equipment are ordered, stored, printed, and shipped on time and to
the required standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including
facilitators, guest speakers, and moderators, to align program
schedules in coordination with program managers and COE
representatives.
- Support Senior Leadership Program deployment on-site,
coordinating events in person, with approximately 20% travel
required in the role.
- Administer and maintain learning programs in Workday in
collaboration with the System Administration team, ensuring
curricula are accurately reflected, up to date, and accessible to
relevant audiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Learning Operations
Specialist, handling operational matters and escalations.
- Lead the annual planning process for Learning Programs in
partnership with global COE representatives.
- Provide ongoing support to learners, ensuring a smooth learning
experience.Budget management
- Oversee financial processes including managing purchase orders
for logistics, technology, and training services. Ensure accurate
invoice processing and cross-charging to maintain pass-through cost
centers in alignment with S&F governance and best practices.
Make sure pass-through cost centers are at zero balance at
year-end.
- Contribute to global and regional program pricing decisions by
assessing costs related to materials, technology, venues, and
vendor fees. Manage program budgets through designated cost
centers, ensuring financial records are up to date and aligned with
Mars University's cost management approach.
- Maintain accurate financial tracking.Continuous Improvement &
Automation
- Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to learning
operations processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives for process simplification and automation,
optimizing core workflows to improve operational performance and
service delivery.What we're seeking?
- Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience,
ideally in customer service or project management roles; with
university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail,
demonstrated initiative and experience in change management.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of time for business purposes.
- Financial literacy and a solid understanding of financial
concepts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a proactive mindset,
focus on results and the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity
in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capability to identify potential challenges and propose
effective solutions.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work
independently, managing tasks without supervision.
- Proven experience in enhancing and managing customer-focused
organizational solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in reporting and
dashboards literacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Workday is a

of employment is expected to be between the range listed below,
however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, including but not limited to, market
location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total
compensation package for this position may also include other
elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental
benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position
offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule,
