Overview:FleetPulse is seeking a driven Enterprise Account
Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving
net new accounts by selling our telematics and trailer tracking
solutions to large fleets.Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the
logistics and transportation sectors with a focus on Enterprise
accounts
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Sales presentations may be conducted remotely or on site
depending on business needs
- Have control over deal-making and decision-making within the
sales process including negotiating and closing deals to achieve
revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer
onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Take initiative to refine and establish processes and
procedures as the company grows, working independently with minimal
direction from leadership.Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS,
telematics, or logistics technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as
part of a teamCompensation and Benefits:
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000 annually
- Base Salary: $65,000
- Variable Compensation: 50% of OTE ($60,000) based on
performance
