Through hard work, dedication and creativity, we've become industry leaders who have won awards and set records while remaining focused on continual growth and evolution.In the role of Organizational Development Business Partner (ODBP), you will operate in close partnership with the business, guiding and coaching the implementation of impactful learning and development programs and the embedment of associated skills, practices and behaviors. You'll support the business in cultivating a high-performance culture through a strong focus on enhancing leadership bench strength and impact.In the role, you will be responsible for:

  • Aligning and executing development programs and activities to the needs of the North America market and Coates' global organizational development strategy.
  • Supporting the embedment and continued evolution of a company-wide competency and career pathway framework that provides opportunities for clear career planning.
  • Ensuring leadership programs translate into the embedment of practices and behaviours that elevate leadership bench strength and impact.
  • Delivery of face to face and virtual learning events, focused on capability development as well as process embedment.
  • Management of local Talent and Succession activities.
  • Design and execution of activities aligned to Coates' DEI strategy.
  • Management of OD resource and learning library, including competency frameworks, Role Charters, development pathways, assessment resources, and document repositories.
  • Ongoing innovation in the integration of OD related technology to improve the learning experience and impact.
  • Supporting the management of learning operations including reporting, diagnostics and compliance related governance.
  • Management and improvement of OD systems and tools, such as Go1, HiBob and SharePoint.Qualifications & Experience:
    • Tertiary education in Organizational Psychology, HR or relevant discipline coupled with previous experience implementing OD programs.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in People and Culture function with experience in designing and implementing OD programs and practices that shift culture and capability.
    • Demonstrated experience in implementing diagnostic tools and assessments (360, personality profiling, engagement, etc.).
    • Experience in developing and facilitating learning interventions that accommodate for various degrees of leadership maturity and corporate rigor.Your success in the role will be measured through:
      • The impact on our annual engagement surveys and crew sentiment towards learning and development effectiveness, diversity and career opportunities.
      • Compliance within leadership onboarding mechanisms and leader feedback.
      • Elevated leadership impact as measured via our Coates Leadership Index.
      • The utilization and effectiveness of our L&D tools and resources.
      • Execution of development programs to milestones as well as attendance and feedback metrics.
      • Anecdotal evidence of the application of capabilities and behaviors cultivated through L&D programs.To be successful in this role, you will require:

        • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
        • A commercial and operational mindset.$100,000 - $120,000 a yearThe annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
