We are open to staffing this position in the New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. offices.Job Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience working with equity capital markets such as underwritten offerings, registered directs, and confidentially marketed public offerings.
  • Experience with drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure, such as 10-K's and 10-Q's.
  • Experience with M&A a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic records.
