Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Representative to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections activity
Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive outcomes
Adhere to applicable laws such as FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
Ability to accurately enter and update data in systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
