Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist who will
provide quality customer service in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calls by taking ownership to enhance customer experience and
build relationships
Schedule appointments and transmit messages to the clinical team
while addressing patient inquiries
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proficient data entry
skills and knowledge of insurance billing
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Associate's Degree is required
Experience in a call center or busy phone system
Electronic appointment scheduling experience
Must have access to reliable, high-speed Internet and reside in the
United States
