Responsibilities: -

• 
  
• Manage 4 AD forests at JLL, including child domains and domain controllers in JLL data centers and cloud
  
• Configure AD Forests, domains, GPOs, FGPP, allied services, certificate management, and audit support
  
• Integrate applications, implement identity protection through CA policies, and manage user/group management
  
• Investigate and troubleshoot problems to identify root causes and resolve issues
  
• Identify and remove unused shadow and dormant configuration items to maintain up-to-date configurations
  
• Review baseline configurations on all devices annually and report monthly
  
• Manage incidents related to AD environment
  
• Document environment changes and issue resolutions over time -

  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field -
    
    -
    Required Skill: -
    
    • 
      
    • Strong experience in managing AD forests, domains, GPOs, and Azure AD connect environment
      
    • Knowledge of certificate management, audit support, and identity protection
      
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
      
    • Strong documentation skills
      
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
