Job Description:
A company is looking for a Diversity and Inclusion of Clinical
Trials CTC, responsible for project administration and management
in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Diversity Action Plan, including tracking and reporting
on diversity metrics
Oversee document management, including preparation and filing of
relevant materials
Organize meetings and support local events related to diversity and
inclusion initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; job training or Bachelor's
Degree preferred
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of clinical trial execution and patient
recruitment
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Prior experience in clinical research roles is preferred
