We also offer a broad range of outstanding benefits including a sabbatical program, tuition assistance, and flexible work arrangements.Job DescriptionThe Supervisor, Personalized Value & Digital Strategy is responsible for partnering with US Marketing in analyzing and executing Personalized (Segmented) Offers. In addition, the Supervisor builds the business case and performs the post-analysis, partnering closely with US Marketing to sell-in the strategy and report on the business case and performance to US SLT and key O/O leadership groups. Additionally, this role will provide analysis to support overall digital economics and provide the system proof points of the impact digital is having on the business and the ROI of digital.Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports overall Digital Economics including annual assessment of digital P&L and incremental cash flow impact as well as return on spend.
  • Calculates ROI for components of various digital offers and loyalty and recommends adjustments to offer strategy based on data.
  • Supports the Personalized Value Mission.
  • Provides analysis and strategic support to the glidepath to personalized offers including business case and sell-in to Owner Operators.
  • Provides analysis to support Segmented Offers discounting recommendations (and business rules / guardrails) to align with the overall Revenue Growth Management goals.
  • Works with SIP & US Marketing Organizations on customer segmentation approach to set guardrails / goals for segmented offer strategy for each customer segment.
  • Acts as a strategic thought partner of the Digital Business.
  • Develops tactic/initiative business cases and post reports to Internal Leadership and Owner/Operator Committees.
  • Partners with Global RGM Org on future state offer analysis/ROI with Digital Offers Engine (including what level of granularity will be available to O/O's).
  • Provides continued support to various key Digitally-focused Owner/Operator Committees.Benefits eligible: YesBonus eligible: YesThe expected salary range for this role is: $87,050 - $108,810 / per yearThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience and other job-related factors.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Math preferred.
    • 2-4 Years Experience required.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in working with analytical teams and translating outputs into actionable insights.
    • Knowledge of pricing and promotion dynamics, multi-tier pricing environment, long-term impact of pricing decisions.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
