Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizing Associate to support
local and state candidates in their electoral campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and support candidates and volunteers through intake calls
to identify their needs
Deliver high-impact training and coaching on campaign strategy and
voter outreach
Track and analyze engagement data to refine training and improve
volunteer retention
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in field organizing, volunteer management,
or political campaign operations
A strategic, self-directed leader with experience in high-autonomy
roles
Strong training and facilitation skills, particularly in virtual
environments
Expertise in AI tools and automation to enhance organizing
efforts
A data-driven approach to organizing, using metrics and analytics
to optimize engagement
