• Education: Must Currently be pursuing an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or other relevant fields.

• Engagement: Desire to actively participate in development workshops and virtual programming events.Product Engineer ApprenticeAs a Product Engineer Apprentice, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to build, enhance, and maintain Allstate's digital solutions. You'll:
  • Develop and optimize software using modern tech stacks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automation and root cause analysis.
  • Apply human-centered design thinking to ensure user-friendly outcomes.
  • Design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
  • Foster collaboration by demonstrating empathy and a passion for engineering excellence.Service Analysis ApprenticeAs a Service Analyst Apprentice, you'll help maintain Allstate's operational excellence by supporting processes and enhancing customer experiences. You'll:
    • Analyze incidents and problems, following protocols to minimize disruptions.
    • Continuously improve processes by identifying and implementing enhancements.
    • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrate strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Apply customer-centric principles to understand and address customer needs.Compensation As an Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $25.
