It is an exciting time; our biotech company is growing quickly and needs the best team members to join us.About the Role:Sanguine Biosciences is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect and Lead Administrator to drive the strategic vision, architecture, and hands-on management of our Salesforce ecosystem. This hybrid role blends high-level solution design with hands-on administration, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and well-integrated platform. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, streamlining system integrations, and empowering revenue-generating teams with innovative, data-driven solutions. This role reports to the Director, Revenue Operations.Primary Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Strategy and Solution ArchitectureArchitect and optimize Salesforce solutions to support operations, patient data workflows, and sales processes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation. Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and documentation to standardize processes and ensure knowledge continuity.
• Salesforce Administration and AutomationOversee day-to-day administration, including user management, permission sets, workflows, and automations. Build and optimize Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes to automate business workflows. Maintain and optimize Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, ensuring intuitive user experiences and engagement strategies.
• Leadership and CollaborationAct as the Salesforce technical SME, advising leadership and cross-functional teams on best practices. Provide reporting and insights on Salesforce performance, adoption, and system improvements.Position Requirements:Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required). 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including solution design, implementation, and optimization. Strong knowledge of automation tools, system architecture, and integration best practices.
