• Coordinating and Organizing: Managing calendars current and years in advance, arranging domestic and international travel (obtaining international travel documentation), submitting expense reports, providing administrative budgets, and managing confidential materials.
• Communication: Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to support internal customers and effectively engage with all levels of the organization through various communication channels.
• Areas of Expertise: Assisting, creating, and editing executive level presentations and correspondence. Scheduling on-site and off-site meetings, making sure all details are ordered and executed.
