We are open to staffing this position in the New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. offices.Job Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience working with equity capital markets such as underwritten offerings, registered directs and confidentially marketed public offerings
  • Experience with drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure, such as 10-K's and 10-Q's
  • Experience with M&A a plus, but not required
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong academic records

  • 2025/2024 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
  • 2023 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
  • 2022 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
  • 2021 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
  • 2020 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
  • 2019 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
  • 2018 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
  • 2017 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
