LEAD CUSTODIAN

A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a--Lead--Custodian--who will delegate responsibilities to the custodial team--for three manufacturing facilities in Wheeling.--

Lead Custodian Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Perform custodial duties while delegating tasks to team members
  
• Maintain inventory for cleaning supplies, paper goods, and other consumables while working closely with the Purchasing Dept to purchase supplies
  
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
  
• Clean and supply restrooms and break rooms
  
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing and shampooing carpeting as needed.
  
• Dust and wipe down surfaces in common areas- lunch rooms, conference rooms, workout room, training room.
  
• Properly clean all windows and mirrors.--
  
  
  Lead Custodian Job Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years of custodial/maintenance experience
    
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
    
  • Ability to be on-call during off hours
    
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
    
  • Ability to communicate concerns and hazards in a timely fashion to a diverse audience.
    
  • Ability to work independently with little to no direction.--
    
  • Ability to properly mix and prepare cleaning chemicals.
