Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Designer to innovate and
design commercial products.
Key Responsibilities
Innovate and design sellable products while adhering to strategic,
technical, and budget constraints
Produce exceptional design concepts and prepare files for
production, ensuring high standards in presentation images
Lead team initiatives for process improvement and mentor junior
staff while conducting ongoing market research for product
innovation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic or industrial design or a related
field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a related consumer products industry
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac platform;
knowledge of In-Design and 3-D software preferred
Experience with manufacturing and printing knowledge of consumer
products, especially in decor and gift categories
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under
pressure
