Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to
provide support and information to dental and vision callers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist callers with eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations,
claims, and provider location
Document call information and resolutions accurately in internal
systems
Act as a liaison between the organization and client Member
Services to resolve eligibility and appeal issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of customer service experience in healthcare, call
center, banking, or retail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
Experience in a virtual environment is preferred
