Job Description:

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract).
Key Responsibilities

Review and respond to member appeals escalated by Tier 1 moderation teams
Conduct high-sensitivity operations tasks, including reviews of suspected exploitation or enticement of minors
Support internal operations teams and external vendor partners by performing quality checks and facilitating calibration sessions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in trust & safety or related fields
Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to content moderation and user safety
Empathetic team player with a continuous growth mindset
Comfortable reviewing sensitive or graphic content
